Job Title: IT Desktop Support (Junior Level)
Job Location: Raleigh, NC
Type: 100% Onsite | 40 hours/week

Job Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and technically proficient IT/Desktop Support Analyst to join our team in Weesp, North Holland. This role involves providing hands-on and remote support to end-users, resolving hardware and software issues, and ensuring seamless IT operations across our office, laboratory, and distribution center.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver on-site and remote technical support to end-users, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues on various devices, including computers, mobile devices, and printers.
  • Configure, install and update operating systems, software, and applications as needed.
  • Monitor and respond to support calls, emails, and messages, addressing user issues promptly.
  • Ensure timely incident resolution and service request management in alignment with SLAs.
  • Perform onboarding tasks for new users, ensuring smooth technology access and orientation.
  • Manage IT assets effectively, ensuring inventory and tracking accuracy.
  • Coordinate with global support teams to facilitate seamless troubleshooting and escalation.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum 2+ years in on-site and remote support or a similar technical support role.
  • Technical Proficiency:
  • ServiceNow, SCCM, AutoPilot, EndPoint Management.
  • Experience with iOS devices (iPads, iPhones) and related troubleshooting.
  • Soft Skills:
  • Strong communication skills, with a proactive and user-oriented approach.
  • Multitasking ability with keen attention to detail.
  • Empathy, respect, and an educational approach towards users.
  • Team Orientation: Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Certifications: Relevant technical support certifications (such as CompTIA, and Microsoft Certified Desktop Support Technician) are a plus.
  • ITIL Knowledge: Familiarity with ITIL methodology and practices.
