Project Description:
Our Client is seeking a dynamic AI/ML/Analytics Strategy Lead to develop and implement AI solutions that enhance user experience and drive smarter decision-making.
This role requires strong AI/ML expertise, strategic vision, and effective client communication, along with hands-on model development.
You will lead a team to deliver AI initiatives for a client base primarily composed of lawyers, who operate within a complex enterprise environment that encompasses various business functions and components.
Responsibilities
Solution Development:
- Design and develop AI/ML models integrated into user-centric systems, addressing diverse requirements for data acquisition, processing, and output optimization.
- Apply user-based design principles to ensure solutions align with the unique needs of legal professionals as well as broader enterprise functions.
- Strategic Planning & Team Leadership:
- Lead a team in planning, developing, and deploying AI/ML solutions, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and timely execution.
- Align AI/ML strategies to meet the multifaceted needs of legal professionals, while supporting the broader enterprise infrastructure and its various components.
Client Engagement:
- Clearly communicate AI/ML insights, strategies, and recommendations to legal professionals and other enterprise stakeholders.
- Collaborate with clients to tailor AI solutions to specific legal and business needs, ensuring clarity in expectations and outcomes across diverse functions within the organization.
Hands-on Model Development:
- Utilize advanced AI techniques such as neural networks, transformers, and NLP to build, refine, and deploy models that meet the specialized requirements of a legal enterprise.
- Implement MLOps platforms to enable seamless integration and scalability of AI models across various enterprise components.
Skills and Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years in AI/ML development, cognitive engineering, or analytics strategy within complex enterprise settings.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong expertise in neural networks, transformers, NLP, and MLOps platforms, with proficiency in Python and related data science tools.
- Leadership & Communication: Proven ability to lead teams and effectively translate complex AI concepts to diverse stakeholders, especially legal professionals.
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to align AI strategies with both legal-specific needs and broader business goals, managing end-to-end execution across a multi-component enterprise.
