Satellite C&DH Systems Engineer

Summary: Seeking Satellite C&DH Systems Engineers to support the definition, design, implementation, and validation of satellite command and data handling subsystems.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in relevant field

• Ability to pass drug and background checks (ITAR compliance)

• Previous design and test experience with LEO/MEO satellites and C&DH subsystems

• Experience working with CCSDS and Internet Protocol

• Familiarity with 1553, SpaceWire, CAN, or Ethernet

Job Responsibilities:

• Define, analyze, and write requirements for C&DH sub-systems based on mission needs

• Perform verification and validation of C&DH sub-system performance

• Provide inputs for program reviews including EQSR, SRR, PDR, CDR

• Attend all test reviews such as TRR, TRB, DRB, NCRs

• Support sub-system assembly, integration, and test activities

• Conduct satellite testing including EGSE supervision and data analysis

• Write subsystem operations manual

• Support in-orbit tests (IOT)

Pay: 50-80

Pay Details: $50.00 to $80.00 per hour
