Marketing Communications Director

We are recruiting for an innovative Marketing Communications Director to craft a bold brand narrative that captivates, inspires, and engages. Your mission? To lead the charge in building brand awareness, fostering customer loyalty, and driving sales in a dynamic cosmetics company. You will be the architect behind our branding, communication, and content strategies, ensuring our brand voice resonates across every channel and aligns with corporate goals.

As a master storyteller, youll bring our brand to life through impactful campaigns, cutting-edge content, and strategic partnerships. Youll spearhead initiatives across Paid, Earned, and Owned Media, fueling engagement and boosting visibility. Whether its through digital campaigns, PR events, or influencer collaborations, your goal will be to elevate our brand and connect with new and existing audiences in meaningful ways.

Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will seamlessly orchestrate seasonal campaigns, manage media outreach, and develop influencer relations that will set our brand apart. Your insights will drive strategic marketing recommendations, all while keeping a pulse on the latest trends, KPIs, and customer insights to ensure our brand continues to evolve and thrive.

What Youll Do:

  • Brand Storytelling: Craft engaging and authentic narratives that enhance brand awareness and drive customer engagement.
  • Digital Marketing: Increase traffic and build connections through organic content across social, web, email, and events, while integrating brand-building into revenue-focused campaigns.
  • Campaign Strategy: Lead the full campaign process, from idea to execution, ensuring timely delivery and measurable results.
  • Public Relations: Develop PR strategies and lead media outreach to elevate the brand, engaging key influencers, editors, and beauty thought leaders.
  • Influencer Partnerships: Build and nurture partnerships with influencers to create co-branded campaigns that resonate deeply with our target market.
  • Leadership: Guide and mentor a team of marketing professionals, fostering collaboration, creativity, and operational excellence.
  • Data-Driven Insights: Leverage customer data and market trends to shape innovative and impactful marketing strategies.

What Youll Bring:

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (Masters preferred).
  • 7-10 years of experience in brand marketing, particularly within the beauty, CPG, or personal care sectors.
  • Proven leadership in managing and mentoring high-performing teams.
  • Expertise in branding, digital marketing, PR, and influencer relations.
  • Ability to translate data into actionable strategies that drive growth.
  • Exceptional communication, creativity, and strategic thinking.
