Apex Business Association is seeking a highly skilled CRM Manager with proven expertise in HighLevel (GHL) to oversee, optimize, and maintain our CRM operations. This role requires an individual who can strategically implement CRM processes to support our team s goals, improve client acquisition, and enhance customer engagement. The CRM Manager will work closely with sales, marketing, and customer service teams to ensure that our CRM system aligns with and accelerates Apex s mission of helping business owners grow through the G Code: Grind, Genetics, Gratitude, and Group.
Key Responsibilities
- CRM Management: Oversee all aspects of the HighLevel CRM system, including daily management, updates, and troubleshooting.
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Track and analyze CRM data, providing actionable insights for improving customer journeys, sales cycles, and lead generation.
- Automation & Workflow Optimization: Develop and maintain automated workflows to streamline operations and improve client communication.
- Lead Management: Implement strategies for lead scoring, nurturing, and pipeline management to drive conversions and maximize sales team effectiveness.
- Cross-Department Collaboration: Collaborate with sales, marketing, and customer service teams to enhance client onboarding, engagement, and retention.
- System Optimization: Regularly audit CRM processes to identify opportunities for improvement, keeping the system optimized and user-friendly.
- Training & Support: Train staff on CRM functionality, best practices, and new updates, ensuring smooth adoption across the team.
Requirements
- Experience: 3+ years of experience managing CRMs, with advanced proficiency in HighLevel (GHL).
- Analytical Skills: Strong data analysis skills and the ability to interpret CRM metrics and deliver actionable insights.
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with marketing automation, workflows, and integrations within the HighLevel system.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for training team members and coordinating cross-department projects.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to diagnose CRM-related issues and develop efficient solutions quickly.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in business associations or membership-based organizations.
- Familiarity with sales processes and customer service best practices.
- Background in marketing or sales analytics is a plus.
