Salesforce Project Manager

Work you'll do

• Collaborate with delivery team to complete all project deliverables
• Consult clients and consulting teams on most relevant tools/techniques to solve client issues and exceed client requirements
• Develop solutions to client problems via use of methodologies and software application tools, as well as being a subject matter expert on those solutions
• Roadmap Management (triage incoming client requests to assess scope and impact; backlog management; user story prioritization and sprint alignment)
• Oversee refinement of user stories (answering questions about requirements, functionality, business process, program needs)
• Ability to lead and mentor teams to provide technical deliverables in accordance with SDLC methodologies such as Agile Waterfall

Qualifications

Required:

• Bachelor's Degree
• 5+ years of Consulting experience or relevant industry experience
• Product or Program Management experience
• Salesforce implementation and/or project experience
• Experience requirements gathering and writing user stories
• Prior experience Managing and/or Leading Teams
• Strong Core Consulting skills such as organization and communication both written and verbal
• Agile Software Development Methodology experience
• Ability to travel 20 - 50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
• Must be able to obtain and maintain the required clearance for this role
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future

Preferred:

• Salesforce or CRM SaaS Solutions experience
• Agile Project Management
• Scrum Master Certified
• SDLC Scrum Process knowledge
• Prior exposure supporting Government/Federal Digital Transformation efforts
• Client management experience
• Ability to communicate and manage stakeholder expectations

This compensation range is specific to California, Colorado, Hawaii, Jersey City, Maryland, Nevada, New York state, Washington DC, and Washington state and takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $93,225 to $218,625.

You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
