Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven New Business Development Executive to join our team. This role is ideal for a motivated sales professional who has a proven track record of successfully bringing new clients into a business and expanding market reach. The successful candidate will be instrumental in driving our growth strategy by identifying new business opportunities and building lasting relationships with clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategies to acquire new clients and expand business within existing accounts.
  • Engage with potential clients to understand their staffing needs and propose customized solutions that align with our services.
  • Maintain a robust pipeline of business opportunities by utilizing market research, networking, and prospecting skills.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to clients and key decision-makers.
  • Collaborate with recruitment teams to ensure client requirements are met with precision and timely delivery of staffing solutions.
  • Participate in industry events and conferences to build brand awareness and cultivate potential client relationships.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closure, ensuring a smooth transition and high level of client satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in sales, specifically within the staffing industry.
  • Demonstrated ability to bring in new business and meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
