We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Director to join our growing team. This is a unique player/coach role, where you will be hands-on in building our outbound sales motion while gradually hiring and coaching a team of sales professionals. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in selling to MSPs, preferably with experience in cybersecurity SaaS products.

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Director to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in selling to MSPs, preferably with experience in cybersecurity SaaS products.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive outbound sales strategy to drive revenue growth and market penetration
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities, understand competitive dynamics, and refine sales strategies
- Actively engage in the sales process, from lead generation and qualification to closing deals, to set the standard for the sales team
- Recruit, hire, and train a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement
- Set clear performance metrics, monitor team performance, and implement strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets
- Provide ongoing coaching, mentorship, and support to sales team members to enhance their skills and performance
- Work closely with the marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty
- Develop and deliver regular sales performance reports and forecasts to senior leadership
- 7+ years of sales experience, with at least 3 years in a sales leadership role. Proven experience in selling to MSPs and a strong understanding of the MSP market is required. Experience with cybersecurity SaaS products is highly preferred
- Demonstrated success in outbound sales, lead generation, and closing deals. Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills
- Proven ability to build, lead, and inspire a sales team. Strong coaching and mentoring skills
- Proven success at developing and implementing effective sales strategies. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- A customer-centric approach with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships
- A track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets and driving business growth
- Proficient with CRM software and sales tools
- Familiarity with cybersecurity concepts and solutions is a plus
