Base Salary: $100,000 - $150,000 with expected earnings of $200,000 - $250,000.

Location: Open to Nashville, Chicago, Miami, or Dallas.

A highly driven and results-oriented Director of Private Equity Sales is needed to lead growth and account penetration efforts within the Private Equity sector. The individual will be responsible for identifying, developing, and executing strategic business opportunities to enhance the organization's growth and profitability. As a senior member of the client coverage team, this individual will play a pivotal role in shaping the success of sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Development:

  • Leverages expertise to identify and capitalize on opportunities for client expansion.
  • Proactively generates new business opportunities from private equity firms.
  • Develops and executes strategic business plans to drive growth and profitability.

Team Collaboration and Cross-Functional Engagement:

  • Collaborates with team members and other departments, including marketing, research, and operations, to ensure a cohesive and integrated approach to client satisfaction and business success.
  • Builds and nurtures strategic partnerships that contribute to the overall growth and success of the Client Coverage team.

Continuous Improvement and Market Awareness:

  • Drives continuous improvement within the Client Coverage team by implementing feedback loops and adapting strategies based on evolving market trends.
  • Demonstrates adaptability to market demands and diverse customer bases, tailoring business development strategies accordingly.
  • Promotes innovation by introducing new business development techniques, technologies, and methodologies.

Technology Proficiency:

  • Utilizes account management technologies, CRM systems, and data analytics tools to streamline processes, enhance data-driven decision-making, and improve overall team efficiency.

Community Engagement and Industry Involvement:

  • Actively participates in industry events, conferences, and community outreach efforts to build relationships beyond direct account management interactions.
  • Travels to meet clients, understands their needs, and strengthens relationships in person.

  • Open to candidates located in Nashville, Chicago, Miami, or Dallas, or those fully committed to relocating to one of these cities.
