The Sheet Metal Helper will assist in the fabrication, assembly, installation, and repair of sheet metal products and HVAC ductwork. This is a great entry-level opportunity for someone looking to grow in the HVAC and mechanical industry. You’ll work alongside experienced technicians to learn the trade and support project needs.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in measuring, cutting, and installing sheet metal for HVAC systems.
- Help with assembling and installing ducts, fittings, and other metal components.
- Support in fabricating sheet metal parts using various tools and machinery.
- Carry materials and tools to job sites and help set up work areas.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring adherence to safety standards.
- Assist with inspections and testing of HVAC systems for proper installation.
- Follow direction from senior technicians and project managers to complete tasks on time.
- Previous experience in construction, HVAC, or sheet metal work is a plus but not required.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to use basic hand tools, power tools, and equipment.
- Comfortable working in a physical job that requires lifting, standing, and working at heights.
- Ability to follow directions, work well in a team, and take initiative.
- Basic understanding of construction safety protocols.
