Job Summary
Reporting to the Director of Admissions, this position is responsible for data entry of all documents into the Student Information System. The position is also responsible for making decisions on all undergraduate applications in accordance with university and Board of Regents (BOR) policy. This position may be required to work on nights and weekends.

Job Summary
Reporting to the Director of Admissions, this position is responsible for data entry of all documents into the Student Information System. Responsibilities
- Establishes accurate records for all new undergraduate students
- Audits and prepare student records each semester
- Enters student data into student information system (Banner)
- Assists with evaluating student transcripts
- Assists in planning events aimed at introducing the university to prospective students and their families
- Renders admissions decisions in accordance with established policies and procedures
- May be required to perform job related duties other than those specifically delineated in this description.
- Associate's degree
- Experience using Microsoft Suite (Word, Powerpoint, and Excel)
- Experience with data entry
- Bachelor's Degree
- Computer proficiency/familiarity with Banner
- Knowledge of modern office practices and procedures
- Skilled in the use small office equipment, including copy machines or multi-line telephone systems
- Skilled in using computers for data entry
- Skilled in using computers for word processing purposes
- Ability to learn department policies and procedures
- Ability to maintain a professional demeanor and an orientation towards customer service
- Ability to organize, and communicate effectively
- Ability to maintain constructive and cooperative working relationships with others; and
- Ability to cooperate with fellow employees as a team member
