  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Summary: The Software Implementation Consultant will be responsible for managing and executing the implementation of our enterprise software solutions for clients. This role requires a deep understanding of software implementation processes, excellent project management skills, and the ability to work effectively with clients and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Management:
  • Lead and manage the end-to-end implementation process for large-scale enterprise software projects.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Client Engagement:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during the implementation process.
  • Conduct needs assessments and gather requirements to tailor software solutions to client needs.
  • Provide ongoing support and training to clients to ensure successful adoption of the software.
  • Technical Expertise:
  • Configure and customize software solutions to meet client specifications.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues that arise during implementation.
  • Collaborate with the development team to address any software enhancements or modifications.
  • Documentation and Reporting:
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including user guides and training materials.
  • Prepare regular status reports and updates for clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to project success.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in large scale software implementation at enterprise level.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in software configuration and customization.
  • Ability to work independently and remotely, with occasional travel as needed.
