Compensation Range: 100K-130K per year

The Executive Director ls responsible for providing the overall leadership and structure of the organization.
Responsibilities
- Provides administrative oversight of the facility.
- Ensures the development, implementation, and enforcement of all policies and procedures as required by the state of Texas and all other regulatory bodies.
- Plans and administers of all operational functions including managerial, personnel, fiscal, and reporting requirements of the program.
- Develops an organizational plan, ensuring that programs and services are consistent with the organization's mission, and monitoring their effectiveness.
- Establishes and maintains liaison relationships and communication with facility staff, service providers, support service providers, community resources, and clients.
- Ensures maintenance of the physical plant as necessary to ensure client and staff safety, and otherwise keeping the facility in compliance with all applicable building, fire and safety codes
- Oversees regulatory visits and collaborates on plans of correction.
- Develops, implements and provides administrative oversight of a volunteer services program, if the facility along with the governing authority elects to utilize such a program.
- Provides for well-managed facilities. Provides for clear lines of responsibility and accountability within all departments. Communicates with all fields of management.

Qualifications
- Graduate from an accredited college or university with a minimum of Master's Degree in various disciplines.
- A minimum of 5 years of full-time or full-time equivalent administrative or supervisory experience in a substance use disorder treatment facility.
- Demonstrates Proficiency in Communication & Written skills.
