MARC Community Resources, a non-profit organization serving individuals with developmental and intellectual disabilities, is seeking a qualified HR/Payroll Coordinator.The HR/Payroll Coordinator primary responsibilities will be to perform administrative duties in support of the HR and Finance departments. The HR/Payroll Coordinator will be responsible for all aspects of ADP Workforce Now, such as new employee set up, payroll processing and employee profile maintenance. They will assist in HR functions such as recruitment, interviews, onboarding, and the overall employee experience.

Education/Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a related field preferred. Relevant experience may be considered in lieu of education.
  • ADP Workforce Now Payroll and HR experience strongly preferred.
  • Excellent computer skills, including a high degree of proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and TEAMS.
  • Therap experience strongly preferred.
  • Experience with Department of Developmental Disabilities strongly preferred.
