Position Overview:

We’re looking for a passionate and organized Social Media Account Coordinator who can thrive in a hybrid role. This person will manage client relationships and help build impactful social media campaigns. You'll be responsible for coordinating with clients, leading photoshoots, and filming and editing reels.

Responsibilities:

  • Client Coordination & Meetings:
  • Schedule, attend, and lead regular Zoom meetings with clients, discussing project updates, campaign ideas, and creative strategies.
  • Maintain client communication to ensure that goals are being met and to gather content ideas or adjustments.
  • Content Production:
  • Schedule, attend, and lead client photoshoots with an eye for brand aesthetics and visual storytelling.
  • Film and edit an average of 10 phone Instagram Reels per week that are fresh, engaging, and aligned with each client's unique voice and brand.
  • Creative Brainstorming:
  • Collaborate with the team to brainstorm creative concepts, campaigns, and content strategies that enhance each brand’s social presence.
  • Stay updated on trends to bring new, timely ideas to the table.

Qualifications:

  • Experience:
  • 1-2 years of experience in social media marketing or a related field.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing examples of video editing, specifically Reels or TikTok content, is a plus.
  • Skills:
  • Proficiency in social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Excellent communication and client management skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask across various projects and clients.
  • Traits:
  • Creative thinker with a strong attention to detail.
  • Self-motivated, able to work independently as well as with a team.
  • Flexible and adaptable to client feedback and quick turnarounds.
