We are looking for a Manager of Talent Acquisition to join our team. This position will directly report to the Senior Director of Talent Acquisition and is responsible for efficiently and effectively managing several aspects of the regional recruiting alignment.

  • Provides guidance and leadership pertaining Talent Acquisition and staffing needs.
  • Follows all company and department procedures; and provides field leadership with direction and follow-up on company policies, procedures, and documentation relating to recruitment, talent acquisition and staffing.
  • Provides leadership and management of the Recruiting Department
  • Manages corporate recruitment needs - discusses job requirements and needs with management-approved positions from Hiring Managers and posts on approved online sites.
  • Works directly with corporate leaders, offers guidance and recommendations, determines applicant qualifications by reviewing applicant submissions; interviewing applicants on a consistent set of qualifications; analyzing responses; verifying references; comparing qualifications to job requirements; discussing applicant qualifications with managers.
  • Arranges management interviews by coordinating schedules, when applicable
  • Provides potential candidates with organization information, opportunities, and benefits information
  • Develops a pool of qualified candidates in advance of need in identified markets
  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 3+ years of experience in Healthcare Recruiting or similar area
  • 1 year of experience managing projects or acting in a lead capacity
  • Familiar with and comfortable working in: applicant tracking systems, social media, job boards, coordinating events, collaborating with multiple departments, supporting executive level leadership, reporting metrics, conducting internal weekly meetings, monthly team evaluations, hosting new leadership orientation introduction, public speaking, vendor negotiations, budget controls and other similar duties as required.
