Over the last two years, we've created and popularized the creatine gummy category, but we're just getting started.
At Create, we're seeking a talented Growth Manager to join our team and help lead our digital advertising efforts.
Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Growth Marketing Manager to drive our digital advertising efforts and accelerate growth. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of hands-on experience in managing paid social media campaigns, with a proven track record on Meta Ads, TikTok, and other core paid social channels. This role requires a deep understanding of best practices in social media advertising, exceptional attention to detail, and excellent communication skills. You will work closely with our ad creative team to develop and optimize creative strategies and will support project management and reporting to the Senior Vice President of Marketing and co-founders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, execute, and manage performance-driven paid social media campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, and other social channels. Focus on driving traffic, increasing conversions, and optimizing ad spend.
- Work closely with the creative team to design and optimize ad creatives. Ensure that ad content aligns with brand messaging and resonates with target audiences.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, including key metrics such as CTR, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rates. Use multiple sources of data, including platform, multi-touch attribution, and survey data to drive performance improvements.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, platform updates, and best practices in social media advertising. Implement new strategies and techniques to maintain competitive advantage.
- Support the planning and execution of marketing projects and efforts.
- Prepare and present detailed reports on campaign performance and key metrics to the Senior Vice President of Marketing and co-founders. Highlight key insights, successes, and areas for improvement.
- Maintain clear and effective communication with internal teams and stakeholders. Ensure that all marketing initiatives are aligned with brand goals and strategic objectives.
Requirements
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in managing paid social media campaigns across Meta Ads, TikTok, and other paid social platforms s.a. Snapchat. Proven success in driving growth and optimizing campaign performance.
- Exceptional analytical skills with a keen eye for detail. Proficiency in social media advertising tools and platforms, along with external measurement platforms such as Northbeam, TripleWhale, and Google Analytics.. Strong project management and organizational abilities.
- Ability to collaborate with creative teams to produce compelling ad content and messaging that drives results.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively present findings and recommendations to senior leadership.
- Strong quantitative skills with the ability to communicate complicated quantitative insights in an actionable, understandable format.
- (Preferred) Experience using BI tools like Looker or Tableau.
