We are currently looking for an experienced Digital Advertising Manager with 3-5 years of experience managing Paid Search and Paid Social channels, ideally with agency experience and a focus on B2B /Lead Gen, to join our team. This can be a fully remote position (U.S. only) or an in-office/hybrid position for those who live in the Greater Sacramento Area. Must be able to travel to client sites as needed.

You will:
- Plan, launch, and meticulously optimize your clients digital advertising accounts with a focus on paid search and paid social channels as a highly integrated member of a client team for multiple clients
- Guide full-funnel digital strategy for clients where you are assigned account lead
- Develop a deep understanding of your assigned clients businesses and what matters most to them
- Proactively monitor performance of accounts, identify opportunities for optimization and growth, and implement changes
- Manage client relationships, including leading client meetings (typically video calls) and setting expectations via clear, concise communications
- Identify advanced advertising strategies to keep your clients ahead of the competition and sell those strategies to your clients
- Analyze account data using statistical skills, compile reports, and produce data visualizations
- Mentor Digital Advertising Coordinators and assign tasks as needed
- Research and keep abreast of trends in paid social, paid search, and other digital advertising channels
You ll Have:
- 3-5 years of experience designing and managing paid advertising campaigns to specific ROI goals, B2B experience, and/or agency experience is a big plus
- Hands-on experience with multiple advertising platforms (Extensive experience in Google, Microsoft, LinkedIn, and Meta ads is required, other channels are a plus)
- Experience managing all facets of digital advertising campaigns
- Experience making effective pitches/presentations to key decision-makers
- Experience leading meetings and proactively managing client/stakeholder relationships
- Experience with data analysis, visualization, and presentation
- Experience using analytics tools (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, etc.).
- Strong project management and communication skills
- Ability to quickly learn new software applications

The salary range for this position is $75-$90k/year, DOE.
