You are a strategic communicator with a passion for creating data-driven marketing campaigns that engage and retain users. You understand the nuances of lifecycle marketing and excel at crafting personalized, impactful messages that resonate across different channels. You are not only adept at executing campaigns but also at analyzing performance to continuously optimize and enhance user engagement.
What you'll do- Lifecycle Strategy Development: Develop and execute a comprehensive lifecycle communication strategy that enhances user engagement, retention, and satisfaction across various stages of the user journey. Align your strategy with Clair's broader business objectives, focusing on driving product adoption and maximizing user value.
- Campaign Execution and Optimization: Coordinate and execute data-driven marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including email, push notifications, and in-app messaging. Conduct A/B testing to optimize campaign performance, ensuring each communication piece is tailored to the right audience at the right time.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with the Product, Engineering, and Marketing teams to ensure consistency in messaging and a seamless user experience across all touchpoints. Collaborate with the Director of Product Marketing to create product-focused campaigns that drive user adoption and satisfaction.
- Performance Analysis and Reporting: Generate and present regular reports analyzing the performance of lifecycle campaigns. Use data insights to provide actionable recommendations for campaign improvement and to inform future strategy.
- Content Creation and Personalization: Craft compelling copy for in-app flows, email campaigns, and other communication channels. Utilize user data and segmentation to personalize messages, increasing their relevance and impact.
- Continuous Improvement: Contribute to a team culture that emphasizes testing, learning, and iterative improvement. Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging trends in lifecycle marketing to ensure Clair remains at the forefront of user engagement.
- Experience: 3-5 years of experience in lifecycle marketing, email marketing, or product marketing, ideally within a B2C fintech or SaaS environment. Proven track record of developing and executing successful lifecycle campaigns that drive user engagement and retention.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with marketing automation and communication platforms, especially Braze. Additional platform experience (e.g., Pardot, Iterable) is welcomed!. Experience editing HTML email templates and utilizing analytics tools (e.g., LightDash, Tableau, Excel) for data-driven decision-making.
- Communication Skills: Strong writing and editing skills with the ability to create clear, engaging, and persuasive content. Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Mindset: A strategic thinker with a passion for creating customer-centric communication. You are data-driven, detail-oriented, and always looking for ways to optimize and improve user experiences.

Additional DetailsLocation: This is a hybrid position based out of New York City, you will be expected to come into the office three days a week.
Compensation: The annual base salary for this role is $124,000 - $134,000. The actual base pay within this range depends on many factors, such as education, skills and experience. Base pay is only one part of Clair's competitive total compensation package which includes benefits, perks and equity. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
