Position Overview:
We are seeking a talented and passionate Marketing Manager to join our growing team based in Washington, D.C. As a Marketing Manager, you will be instrumental in developing and executing strategic marketing plans to promote our products and services. Key Responsibilities
Strategic Marketing:
- Develop and execute growth marketing strategies to drive user acquisition, retention, and revenue growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency.
- Measure and analyze the success of marketing campaigns and make recommendations for improvement.
- Create and manage marketing budgets to optimize ROI.
- Track and report on key growth metrics to senior management.
Event Marketing Support:
- Collaborate on strategy and direction of conference marketing strategies, to amplify the CaryHealth brand and solution portfolio, deepen customer relationships, and generate new business.
Continuous Development:
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and technology advancements to facilitate innovation and creativity in marketing initiatives
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field.
- Proven experience in developing and executing growth marketing strategies.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive actionable insights from data.
- Experience in supporting and optimizing performance marketing campaigns.
- Experience with marketing and AI marketing tools.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities, with a passion for learning and sharing knowledge.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work schedules as needed.
- Demonstrated can-do attitude and a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
- Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States to be eligible to apply for this position.
Preferred Qualifications
- Strong B2B marketing experience.
- Ability to build and manage SaaS marketing funnels.
- Experience with the Pharma/Life sciences industry and/or payers.
