Job Summary: We are seeking a Technical Product Manager with expertise in the semiconductor industry, particularly in System-on-Chip (SoC) products. The Product Manager will be responsible for overseeing the lifecycle of SoC products from conception through release, ensuring that products meet market needs and company goals.

Pay Range For This Position:$160,000 - $200,000 per year

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define product vision and roadmap in collaboration with senior management and TPM.
  • Gather and prioritize product and customer requirements to ensure the product satisfies customer needs and corporate strategy.
  • Work closely with TPMs to ensure product features are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to adjust product direction.
  • Coordinate with sales, marketing, and support teams to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met.
  • Develop and implement go-to-market plans, working with all departments to execute.
  • Manage product lifecycle, including gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements, defining the product vision, and working closely with engineering to deliver winning products.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor s degree in Computer Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Economy, or related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in product management, preferably in hardware or SoC products.
  • Demonstrated success defining and launching excellent products.
  • Deep understanding of SoC development processes and methodologies.
  • Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Leadership and conflict resolution abilities.
