Software Guidance & Assistance, Inc., (SGA), is searching for a SMA Performance Reconciliation Specialist for a Contract assignment with one of our premier Investment Management clients in Princeton, NJ . This is a hybrid role - 4 days onsite per week.

Responsibilities :
- Review and action securities in an account one-by-one, perform system functions to deliver securities out, and conduct independent quality checks to ensure account performance is correct.
- Training will be provided on how to action correctly and confirm account positions & holdings look correct.
Required Skills :
- Reconciliation, Fund Accounting, Performance Reconciliation, Back Office experience desired
- Experience with InvestCloud APL, Charles River, or comparable systems
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
- Proven ability to manage & scrub large data sets
- Experience with SMA accounts, specifically SMA Operations
- Experience working in a collaborative team environemnt with dynamic priorities
- 3-5 years of equatable experience with the above skills
