Purpose Of Position
The Administrative Operations Coordinator PaTTAN Central, under the direct supervision of the Assistant Director for Infrastructure, provides comprehensive project management support to ensure smooth and efficient operations. This onsite position is responsible for the supervision and training of Customer Service Representatives (CSRs), managing daily administrative operations, and coordinating both onsite and offsite conference planning. Additionally, the Administrative Operations Coordinator serves as a liaison with the Technology, Business, and Educational Consultant teams to align and systematize processes across departments.
Knowledge & Skill Requirements
Education/Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field and a minimum of three years of proven work experience supervising staff and/or coordinating projects. Must have advanced knowledge of a variety of computer software applications in word processing, spreadsheets, database, and presentation software.
Other Requirements: Must have high level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations. Position continually requires demonstrated poise, tact, and diplomacy. Analytical ability and continual attention to detail is required in order to gather and summarize data for reports, proof materials, find solutions to various administrative problems, prioritize work, and make recommendations for changes. Must be able to work independently.
