- 2+ years of event coordination/planning experience; hospitality & design focus a plus.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Collaborate with the creative, production and leadership teams to ensure that experiential campaigns align with the clients’ strategic goals and target audience
- Assist in management of day-to-day of assigned projects and progress; Assist project lead in ensuring creative and production deliverables are being executed on time, on budget and to client standard
- Responsibilities inclusive but not limited to: vendor communication and execution, freelancer communication and execution, invoice issue/reconcile/submission, contract issue/submission, timeline updates, finance updates, management of project platform and communications systems
- Contribute to project status meetings and assist in maintaining key project details in our project management platform
- On site physical production execution and installation oversight as needed
- Develop and maintain relationships with key partners and vendors to ensure successful campaign execution; work in tandem with project lead to ensure all deliverables and deadlines are identified and met to ensure project goals are successfully achieved
- Timely and thorough communication to working team, manager, client and leadership
- Ensure Kindred Storage unit inventory is up-to-date and well maintained
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and apply them to Kindred’s experiential process and offerings
- Travel may be required up to 20% of the time
