Job summary:
This position will be responsible for Priority ERP system interface and will be the technical specialist for the organization. This is a salaried position that will report to Ametrine s VP, Operations. This position is based in Round Rock, TX. Competitive compensation and benefits package being offered. Responsibilities and Duties
Data Management (30%)
- Transfer data from various sources (pdf files, email, excel) into Priority ERP (database).
- Update databases or records with new information as it becomes available.
- Design excel documents and forms to support data management activities.
- Provide general data entry support across teams on an ad-hoc basis.
- Generate queries and reports based on user needs.
- Responsible for BOM attributes within ERP.
Training (30%)
- Onboard new ERP users, facilitating account activation, and providing an initial orientation.
- Create training tools to include tutorial videos and instructional documents to assist with software deployment and implementation.
- Identify improvement opportunities in existing and new business processes that interact with ERP software.
Troubleshooting (30%)
- Serve as the internal customer service representative for ERP functions.
- Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot error messages and user challenges.
- Manage and submit company service tickets to the external software support team.
Additional Responsibilities (10%)
- Perform administrative tasks related to software maintenance.
- Complete tasks related to other software that interfaces with ERP.
- Occasional warehouse functions as needed, receiving, shipping, pick and pack, etc.
- Lead any future identification and implementation of ERP and applicable BI software.
Background and Experience
- College Degree with two years industry experience.
- Two or more years of relevant work experience, preferably in a CPG, Manufacturing or Apparel/Textile company.
- Achieves thoroughness and accuracy when accomplishing tasks, high level of attention to detail.
- Excellent computer literacy with strong MS Excel skills.
- Must have ERP Experience, preferably with NetSuite, Oracle, and/or Priority.
- Excellent interpersonal skills including the ability to interact professionally and effectively with all levels of management.
The following activities are also required: reach (extending hands and arms in any direction), standing for long periods of time, walking (moving about to accomplish tasks), lifting (raising objects from a lower to a higher position or moving objects horizontally from position to position), grasping (applying pressure to an object with fingers and palm), and repetitive motion (substantial moving of arms, wrists, hands, and/or fingers) is required.
Other Requirements
- US security clearance or ability to obtain upon employment required.
- May require domestically and/or international travel.
- Work hours 8am-5pm, Monday thru Friday, overtime as required.
- Must be able to lift 30lbs.
