We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for a Segment Risk Specialist II based in Columbus, Ohio. Responsibilities:
Ensuring the successful implementation of data management policies and procedures.
Conducting substantive process and control testing to measure the effectiveness of implemented policies and procedures.
Evaluating testing results to identify potential issues and areas for improvement.
Communicating results and recommendations effectively with stakeholders.
Developing and maintaining key relationships for ongoing review and collaboration.
Working under supervision with latitude for independent judgement and problem-solving.
Contributing to the design and development of metrics required for monitoring adherence to data governance policies, standards, and controls.
Engaging with stakeholders to provide training and oversight on data governance processes.
Actively improving evolving processes through dynamic feedback and direct interaction with key members of management.
Ensuring the continued enforcement of data policy standards and controls.
Requirements
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Demonstrated ability in data analysis and metric reporting.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Proven expertise in designing and implementing procedures and policies.
Ability to conduct thorough reviews and audits.
Proficiency in SQL for data manipulation and analysis.
Experience in planning, executing, and supervising projects.
Familiarity with various monitoring tools.
Capable of providing training to team members.
Proven track record of successful collaboration with stakeholders.
Experience in providing quality assurance and oversight.
Demonstrated ability in policy implementation.
Ability to work with internet-based tools and resources.
