Job Title: Digital Transformation Consultant


Position Overview:
Seeking an experienced Digital Transformation Consultant to support the CIO in implementing critical digital projects, including mobile solutions, Dynamics ERP, data lake development, and hybrid cloud setup (Azure/AWS). This high-level role focuses on mapping customer journeys, optimizing business architecture, and managing stakeholder alignment to drive revenue growth and operational scaling.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Strategy & Process Optimization: Develop and implement business processes, focusing on customer journeys, policies, and business capabilities to support strategic goals.

  • Project Execution: Lead each phase's planning, then coordinate with outsourced technical teams for execution.

  • Current State Assessment & Roadmap: Map current operations, identify improvement areas, and create roadmaps and business rules.

  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Engage with Procurement and Facilities Managers and service providers to align resources with customer needs.


Qualifications:



  • Expertise in digital transformation, business architecture, ERP, cloud infrastructure, and roadmap creation.

  • Strong communication skills to articulate end-to-end processes and manage cross-functional relationships effectively.
