WORK DESCRIPTION:
This position will support IT System integration, operational process improvements and automation to effectively support strategic goals of customer experience and environmental excellence. Worker serves as a liaison between Business and IT Teams in gathering requirements, understanding technology, documenting processes, and managing project.
Worker is responsible for reviewing and evaluating current business systems and user needs, formulating systems to parallel overall business strategies, developing business processes, identifying new applications of technology to improve service delivery and operational efficiency.
Worker will deliver a report with detailed description of user needs, program functions, and steps required to develop or modify software applications. The report will also outline current business processes and proposed business processes and reporting capabilities. Worker will coordinate implementation of technology solutions.

Years | Skills/Experience |
4 | Manages projects that require a level of technical proficiency as well as coordination and administrative responsibility |
4 | Experience with data migration and automation between Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platforms |
4 | Skill in industry standard business process mapping and reengineering |
4 | Experience with CRM Platforms like Salesforce, Constant Contact, SharePoint |
4 | Experience in data quality assurance and report building |
4 | Experience as a data analyst analyzing raw data using Excel, Tableau, etc. |
