Workday Certified Consultant

• Maintains the strategic roadmap for Workday and ensures demand is managed appropriately based on defined service level goals for operational support
• Acts as a liaison between the internal business partners and external vendors to support the Workday post-implementation and ongoing administration
• Responsible for project and release management for Workday functionality and implementations including tenant management
• Supports the business on all Workday escalations, change management and continuous process
• Leads and manages the functional process/ design
• Development of clients Global HCM System and talent + performance business process
• Supports release management, reviews release summary and releases readiness documents from system vendors
• Identifies enhancements relevant to the HCM system and impacts to downstream systems
• Advise clients on industry standards for financials in order to provide suggestions to achieve clean configuration and streamlined processes
• 8+ Years of Workday Integration Implementation experience preferred, but not required
• 4+ deployments of Workday
• Experience in guiding and designing Workday
• Broad-based knowledge of HCM, with areas of expertise in Absence, Time-Tracking, Benefits
• Experience defining HCM business and systems strategy, developing system requirements, designing and prototyping, testing, training, defining support procedures and implementing practical business solutions under multiple deadlines
• Must be a Workday certified.
