We are seeking a skilled and experienced P roduction T est F acility (PTF) Engineer to join our team and lead Production Testing . As a PTF Engineer you will lead and oversee production testing operations to ensure sub-assemblies function as specified at various stages of the assembly process a s well as ensuring the final assembled product functions as designed . This is a hybrid position requir ing occasional onsite work in the MD , VA, PA area .
Responsibilities:
- Interface with stakeholder subject matter experts to understand the design ed solution and design decisions and a ssist in developing tes t procedures for DOA , OS i nstall and b urn-In , s taging and a ppliance , i nterface and wi ring , and other tests
- Liaison with ServiceNow Developers to understand what's required on a product model level and store test results in the ServiceNow portal
- I nterface and collaborate with various stakeholders to understand pursue capabilities and i ntegrat ion requirements
- Research and recommend enhancements to testing and testing equipment functionality
- Test products and systems to ensure they meet design and quality specifications
- Write and provide reports for engineers that summarize findings and recommended solutions
- Identify areas for improvement and recommend changes to testing processes
- Assist with the selection and setup of specialized test equipment
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering , or a related field or applicable work experience
- Secret security clearance
- Six years of PTF Engineer experience , preferably in the government sector
- System Administration experience
- ServiceNow System Administration experience
Desired Certifications:
- Certified ServiceNow Developer
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer
- ITIL V3 Master Certification

You will play a critical role in co-developing test equipment frameworks, interfacing with ServiceNow developers , researching and recommending enhancements to testing .
