Responsibilities:
  • Lead and develop a high-performing payroll team.
  • Oversee the production and distribution of paychecks and related documentation.
  • Implement and maintain robust payroll procedures and record-keeping systems.
  • Ensure adherence to all applicable payroll laws and regulations.
  • Prepare and file tax returns and reports accurately and timely.
  • Process payroll-related data efficiently and accurately.

Qualifications/Background Profile:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 10 years of progressive payroll experience.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience with PeopleSoft 8.0 and higher.
  • Proven supervisory experience in accounting or payroll.
  • In-depth knowledge of payroll processes, scheduling, and decentralized payroll distribution.
  • Expertise in automated payroll systems, particularly PeopleSoft.

This job is Hybrid Remote.

Pay Range: Salary $115,000.00 to $125,000.00
