Lightworx is a start-up with a huge pipeline that is looking to add to its management team. We are seeking a Technical Project Manager to join our Fiber Optic Network team! You will be responsible for the management and delivery of the optical portion of network builds, installations and maintenance
Responsibilities:
- Follow and implement technical build specifications
- Manage the delivery of sub-contractors' scope of work
- Manage stock requirements according to program
- Follow splicing diagram, splice fibers and manage splicing teams
- Maintain required project documentation
- Manage the quality of civil contractor scope to enable the optical work
- Report into Head of PMO/CTO
- Grow and train a team, take on the management of junior techs as they come into the business
- Develop into an operational or optical build regional/departmental manager
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in splicing fiber is a must
- Strong project management skills
- Strong track record of working on GPON networks
- Strong leadership qualities
- Hungry to grow with the company
