Position Overview: We are looking for a talented Operations Manager to lead our operational efforts and ensure the successful execution of projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate will bring a wealth of experience in construction management, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and a commitment to fostering a culture of teamwork and excellence while contributing to the continued growth of our company.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee all aspects of project management, including planning, scheduling, and resource allocation

Has the ability to lead and mentor project managers to achieve project goals and uphold quality standards

Has the ability to manage multiple jobs, schedule subcontractors, and ensure communication between our teams and clients

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, suppliers, and subcontractors

Develop operational strategies to streamline processes and enhance project efficiency.

Track project progress and prepare comprehensive reports for the company president.

Ensure all projects comply with safety regulations and industry standards.

Qualifications:

Bachelor s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience (minimum 5 years)

Proven track record of successful large project completion and leading diverse teams within the construction sector, preferably restoration

Comprehensive knowledge of construction methods, project management tools, relevant regulations, and the ability to read blueprints and technical drawings

Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate teams.

Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively.

Proficiency in construction management software is a plus.
