Summary
The Vice President, Supply Chain is responsible for optimizing and safely managing our company’s internal distribution supply chain, logistics strategy and operations to maximize efficiency and productivity. They will partner with other departments to ensure the safe and timely delivery of products and services. This role is responsible to safely oversee our two current warehouses, a 207,000 sq ft facility in Nashville TN and a second 84,000 sq ft facility in Phoenix AZ. These two warehouses combine to ship over 4.3mm units annually while maximizing a third-party delivery relationship covering 400,000 road miles and making over 15,600 deliveries. Our warehouses serve all company sites and currently 50 franchise sites.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Develop and implement leadership approved supply chain strategy that aligns with business goals.
- Manage and optimize the end-to-end supply chain process, including procurement, production, inventory management, and distribution.
- Establish and maintain relationships with suppliers, vendors, and logistics partners.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
- Lead and mentor a team of supply chain professionals.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as merchandise, US convenience, truck service, food, marketing, procurement, and finance, to forecast demand and manage inventory levels.
- Implement and utilize technology solutions to enhance supply chain operations.
- Prepare and present reports on supply chain performance to senior management.
- Travel to and from warehouses, locations, support centers and other required meetings.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in Supply Chain Management or Logistics preferred. Advanced education a plus.
- Proven experience as a Supply Chain Manager or in a similar role with experience in operations and risk management, development and implementation, stakeholder management and good commercial acumen.
- Strong knowledge of supply chain processes and best practices.
- Excellent analytical, strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in supply chain management software and tools.
- Strong leadership of a large dispersed operational team and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
