- Device Management using MS Intune (Windows 11, iPhone, iPad)

- VDI setup and troubleshooting (VMware Horizon)

- User account management over Active Directory

- MS 365 (Email)

Required experience/knowledge
- 3+ years of experience in PC technical support.
- Knowledge of Windows 10/11, MS Intune, and VMWare Horizon
- Knowledge of Active Directory function: adding users, password reset, etc.
- Basic knowledge of TCP/IP networking for troubleshooting: PING, TRACEROUTE, etc
