Arch Capital Partners is seeking an experienced Loan Officer specializing in Non-QM (Non-Qualified Mortgage) lending to join our investment lending team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of alternative lending solutions for real estate investors and self-employed borrowers.

Arch Capital Partners is seeking an experienced Loan Officer specializing in Non-QM (Non-Qualified Mortgage) lending to join our investment lending team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of alternative lending solutions for real estate investors and self-employed borrowers.

Position:
- Full-time
- In-person
- This team member can expect on target earnings of multiple six figures
- Evaluate and structure Non-QM loans for real estate investors, focusing on DSCR (Debt Service Coverage Ratio) loans, bank statement programs, and asset-based lending solutions
- Analyze complex financial scenarios including multiple property portfolios, business tax returns, and alternative income documentation.
- Build and maintain relationships with real estate investors, brokers, and industry partners.
- Guide borrowers through the loan qualification process, explaining Non-QM programs and requirements.
- Review rent schedules, lease agreements, and property operating statements to determine loan eligibility.
- Structure deals using various Non-QM products including DSCR loans, bank statement programs, asset depletion, and foreign national programs.
- Maintain current knowledge of Non-QM lending guidelines, market conditions, and competitor offerings.
- Minimum 3 years of mortgage lending experience.
- Strong understanding of investment property analysis and DSCR calculations.
- Experience with self-employed borrower income analysis and bank statement programs.
- Knowledge of secondary market guidelines and investor requirements.
- Excellent financial analysis and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Must be personable and a team player.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
