  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Our global Financial Services client is seeking to recruit a Managing Director to originate new business development and revenue growth objectives with tier-one/bulge bracket investment bankers (IG/DCM), large-cap corporate issuers and institutional investors.

Responsibilities:

  • Originate new business mandates and drive long-term revenue growth with tier-one investment bankers across the US investment grade debt capital markets
  • Develop and execute strategic plans that lead to long-term revenue growth
  • Work closely with global colleagues and senior management on strategic marketing planning and execution
  • Develop a cohesive messaging strategy that will effectively drive revenue and brand engagement
  • Assist with cross-border initiatives
  • Pitch the firm's strategic philosophy, market insights and competitive value advantages directly with clients and prospects
  • Analyze market conditions, competitive, and industry intelligence to assist with pitch development and marketing content
  • Mentor and coach junior relationship managers

Requirements:

  • 10+ years' investment grade debt capital markets origination or syndicate investment banking experience
  • Current or past tenure at a top-five league table ranked investment bank with a focus on investment grade corporate bond origination or syndication is required
  • Broad US investment grade debt capital markets origination or syndication experience
  • Well developed relationships senior investment grade bankers at the top-tier banks
  • Demonstrated origination and execution experience
  • New business development, revenue growth and relationship management experience
  • Ability and willingness to travel as required
