The S&SI Program Manager will report directly to the Sustainability & Social Impact (S&SI) Program Director to support program management and the development of a data capability across the S&SI Team. The role will support the development of key areas related to multi-year planning, alignment with business enterprise functions to ensure connectivity, strategic direction, and the development of the S&SI data capability.
Responsibilities:
Program Planning: Support improvement of Sustainability & Social Impact team processes to develop annual and multi-year plans. This work will require you to:
- Planning
- Work directly with the S&SI Program Director to develop and design multi-year program plans, identify processes to measure, track and ensure that project progress is aligned to S&SI strategic goals.
- Support the development and communication of a narrative for the S&SI team with critical partners across the enterprise.
- Develop and support SMEs to implement a consistent approach to strategy development and communication.
- Budget
- Management and oversight of SSI budget including PPM budget
- Management of team budget including monthly tracking and reporting, accruals, invoice processing, and vendor support as appropriate
- Partner across Global Impact Strategy & Alignment and CCG/Finance teams to leverage existing systems and processes and ensure budget alignment across SSI workstreams
- Prioritization
- Partners with the S&SI Program Director to identify program priorities, provide holistic overview and opportunities for reprioritization in alignment with S&SI strategic goals.
- Provide connectivity with appropriate business enterprise functions to ensure that priorities and strategic planning are aligned.
- Provide strategic advice to SMEs to support strategy, design and execution across S&SI project areas in need of support.
- Design and implement a program governance framework and PM techniques across the program
Data Capability: Support the design and development of data capability across S&SI
- Develop and Lead Data Capability within the Sustainability & Social Impact Program
- Support the S&SI Program Director with the identification and definition of data challenges, and the design, development, and implementation of a data function within the S&SI Team to address these challenges.
- Work with an ESG Data Manager to translate data knowledge into program priorities and support with development of strategic direction for data capability.
- Bachelors degree
- Previous experience in strategic planning and program management
- Demonstrated success in leading sophisticated projects or programs requiring complex stakeholder management
- Experience working with data to drive business decisions
