Monday- Friday 1030-630 Daily

As a member of our management team, some of your responsibilities will include:

  • Conduct program registration, and maintain appropriate files and waiting lists.
  • Confer with parents on a regular basis to discuss the development of their enrolled children.
  • Plan and implement activities to meet the physical, emotional, intellectual and social needs of the children in the program.
  • Develop culturally appropriate programs and activities.
  • Establish routines and provide positive guidance.
  • Maintains accurate and timely educational assessments and progress notes for all assigned students.
  • Maintains ratios at all times, and keeps attendance records of children throughout the day.
  • Conduct parent observations and tours.
  • Conduct/attend all required Teacher In-Service days.
  • Manage CRM software.
  • Maintain employee data and timecards in the Payroll/Human Resource Platform (Paylocity)
  • Participate in Mentor/Mentee program and training program..

Requirements

Ready to apply? Below are our requirements:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field.
  • A minimum 1 to 3 years’ managerial experience.
  • A preferred 2 years of experience in a school setting.
  • Requirement to complete NAMC within 1 year of employment
  • Capacity to understand and manage center staffing, enrollment and inventory.
  • Ability to respond effectively and appropriately in different situations.
  • Ability to provide excellent customer service to current and prospective families.
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to communicate with staff effectively.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
