In this role, you'll be responsible for monitoring and troubleshooting our cutting-edge 5G network, ensuring our customers receive the seamless service they deserve.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Own the end-to-end monitoring of our RAN (Radio Access Network) and EMS (Element Management System) systems, quickly identifying and addressing any incidents or service disruptions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including RF, Deployment, Integration, and Engineering, to resolve complex issues and restore service efficiently.
  • Manage the incident management process, prioritizing tasks and driving ticket resolutions to meet our stringent SLAs.
  • Provide first-level operational support, analyzing network logs and implementing corrective actions to maintain optimal network performance.
  • Escalate critical issues to the Fault Isolation and Management team, ensuring seamless communication and effective problem-solving.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of our network monitoring and troubleshooting processes.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in the telecommunications or wireless industry, preferably in a network operations or surveillance role
  • Proficient understanding of 5G network architecture, including core, RAN, transport, and gNB configurations
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and build strong relationships
  • Flexible and adaptable, with a keen interest in learning new technologies and approaches
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work
