We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Product Manager to drive the strategic development, implementation, and optimization of the ServiceNow platform. You will define the product roadmap, gather business requirements, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful solutions aligned with organizational goals.Key Responsibilities
Develop and manage the ServiceNow product roadmap.
Gather, prioritize, and translate business requirements into actionable deliverables.
Lead implementation and enhancement projects, ensuring timely delivery.
Optimize platform performance and ensure adherence to best practices.
Collaborate with stakeholders, developers, and vendors to design and deliver solutions.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
5+ years of product management experience, preferably with ServiceNow.
Strong knowledge of ServiceNow modules and Agile methodologies.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. The person to have experience in
Person with networking background (WAN) but mainly IT experience on
(a) Service Now: Service Bridge, GCM, Ticketing
(b) API frameworks & Webhooks including API gateways, pass through urls, IDP, SAML integration, Customer Dashboards and portals
Person needs to be process oriented and a good team player
