- Manage the Structural Dynamics Lab, overseeing lab personnel, including contractors, coordinating with customers, and developing proposals and work estimates.
- Lead vibration acceptance and qualification testing, perform modal testing of development or flight hardware, and conduct vibration and modal test data processing.
- Provide leadership in fundamental testing techniques while promoting and implementing advanced testing methodologies.
- Provide expertise in modal pre-test analysis, finite element model creation and reduction, finite element model correlation with test data, and the application of advanced dynamic finite element analysis techniques.
- Provide expertise in vibration and modal testing and analysis to support Glenn Research Center flight and development projects.
- Support spaceflight projects by ensuring compliance with NASA standards and project requirements in structures, loads, and dynamics.
