Management and Program Analyst

The following are the duties of this position at the GS-13. If you are selected at a lower grade level, you will have the opportunity to learn to perform all these duties and will receive training to help you grow in this position.

• Perform a broad scope of administrative analyses, program evaluations, assessments, project management and initiatives relative to program development and execution in order to enhance or achieve improved organizational planning, effectiveness and efficiency in meeting program objectives and or mission accomplishment.
• Assess the productivity, effectiveness, and efficiency of administrative and technical programs.
• Provide administrative and analytical support for the Chief Human Capital Officer in provision of daily operations and staff activities.
• Perform assignments often involving confidential and sensitive issues such as personnel actions and reorganizations.
