  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  • Selects the correct diagnosis and operation/procedure codes.
  • Abstracts all necessary information and assigns codes (ICD-10, CPT & HCPCS). Determines the final diagnosis and procedures stated by the physician are valid. Works with automated records system.
  • Assist with the review, analysis and technical evaluation of the Electronic Health Record information in relation to the completeness of diagnoses, procedures and provider signatures.
  • Conducts quality control and improvement by tracking and identifying inadequate documentation. Communicating program software and hardware problems and maintaining workload logs.
  • Provides technical assistance with processing and maintaining the ICD codes within the Electronic Health Records as the codes are manually updated into EHR.
  • Responsible for data entry of all outpatient inpatient clinical record information into the RPMS system for transmission. Corrects error listings and reports pertaining to outpatient and inpatient coding.
