  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  • Provide high-quality, evidence based primary care to veterans at the Primary Care Clinic, including care for acute and/or chronic conditions and preventive health care.
  • Lead a Patient Aligned Care Team (PACT), the VA model for patient-centered medical home; collaborate with nursing, administration, pharmacy, social work, mental health, and nutrition to deliver comprehensive health and wellness care to a panel of patients.
  • Deliver care though traditional in-person clinical appointments as well as through telehealth modalities including video and phone visits and electronic communications with patients.
  • Assess and triage patients with urgent medical concerns, facilitating transfer and communication to the Emergency Department or inpatient hospital admitting team when appropriate.
  • Maintain skills and privileging in relevant primary care and women's health procedures.
  • Ensure accurate and timely documentation of medical assessments.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and novel methods for care delivery for rural and underserved women veteran populations; may involve traveling to community-based outpatient clinic locations on a quarterly basis.
  • Teach primary care and women's health care topics to trainees when appropriate.
  • Other duties as assigned.
