Network Systems Engineer

This company is a U.S.-based manufacturer specializing in the production and distribution of essential building materials such as gypsum wallboard, cement, and concrete aggregates. With decades of experience and a nationwide presence, they are a key contributor to residential, commercial, and infrastructure projects across the country.

The ideal candidate is a Network Engineer with experience on the systems side, particularly skilled in working with Cisco and Fortinet equipment. Strong knowledge of Windows systems, along with experience in Hyper-V or VMware, is highly preferred, as these platforms form the foundation of the company's infrastructure

This full-time role offers a hybrid schedule, with 3-4 days onsite and 1-2 days remote. The position includes a competitive salary of $110K-$130K, along with a 10% bonus and a 10% 401K contribution.

REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

• 5+ years of networking experience
• Proficiency with Cisco and/or Fortinet technologies
• Strong knowledge of Windows tools, including Office 365 and Exchange
• Virtualization experience with Hyper-V (preferred) or VMware
• Solid expertise in network monitoring, metrics analysis, troubleshooting, and diagnostics

DESIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

• Bachelor's or Associate's degree
• Experience with firewalls is a plus
• Familiarity with racking and stacking equipment is beneficial
