DevOps Software Engineer / Java / Cloud Automation

We're collaborating with a top product content platform that empowers brands and retailers to create, manage, and distribute product content effectively. This company is seeking skilled AWS DevOps Engineers with strong development experience to drive a tech modernization initiative alongside their development teams.

They're seeking a versatile engineer to spearhead a critical technology modernization project, transforming to real-time event-driven architecture. The ideal candidate will own the entire software development lifecycle, from infrastructure design and cloud configuration to software development, testing, and incident response. It's imperative that you have a mixed software and DevOps background as you will be coding every day while also being responsible for Cloud automation. ?

Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of professional experience
• Coding development experience, preferably in Java or another JVM language
• Professional DevOps experience, being in a DevOps position
• AWS
• Terraform
• SQL experience

Desired Skills & Experience

• Experience in a Cloud Engineering position
• Event-driven architecture
• Experience working in data environments
