  • Develop and execute a competitive marketing strategy that positions the institution as a top choice in career education.



  • Lead multi-layered marketing initiatives across digital and referral channels, focusing on revenue growth and maximizing marketing ROI.



  • Establish a comprehensive brand strategy that promotes the institution’s high-impact educational offerings and strengthens brand recognition.



  • Design automated marketing programs to engage prospects at all stages of their decision-making process.



  • Launch new marketing programs based on student and employer demand, utilizing market research to stay responsive to industry needs. Project Management for Campaigns & Programs



  • Utilize project management best practices to oversee the rollout of new campaigns and programs, ensuring timely execution and resource alignment.



  • Coordinate cross-functional teams, track project milestones, and ensure marketing projects are completed on schedule and within budget. Performance-Based Marketing



  • Implement a performance-based marketing strategy focused on measurable outcomes, optimizing campaigns based on conversion metrics, cost-per-inquiry, and other key performance indicators.



  • Regularly analyze and adjust campaigns to improve effectiveness and efficiency. Regulatory Compliance & Consumer Protections



  • Ensure that all marketing communications and practices comply with relevant regulations and consumer protection standards. Marketing Operations & Data Management



  • Implement and oversee a data reporting system that delivers actionable insights on a scheduled basis to inform strategic decisions.



  • Provide regular updates on key marketing metrics and campaign performance.



  • Manage external vendors and agencies to support and execute essential marketing functions.



  • Conduct frequent team check-ins to maintain alignment on goals, deadlines, and project milestones.



  • Partner closely with admissions to ensure marketing efforts drive student enrollment and align with institutional objectives. Enrollment & Inquiry Generation



  • Drive quality inquiry generation to meet enrollment targets for Allied Health and Nursing programs while maintaining cost-effectiveness.



  • Monitor cost-per-start metrics to ensure budget alignment and optimize resource use. Team Leadership & Development



  • Cultivate a results-driven, collaborative team culture aligned with the institution’s core values.



  • Integrate marketing efforts within the broader organization, fostering cross-functional alignment and communication.



  • Coach and mentor team members, supporting professional growth and engagement with organizational goals. This position requires a seasoned marketing leader who combines strategic vision, operational expertise, and a passion for education. The Marketing Director will be instrumental in advancing the institution’s mission and helping students achieve success in high-demand career paths. Requirements Minimum Requirements Bachelor’s degree required, master’s in marketing, business administration, or related field preferred. 5+ years of progressive marketing leadership experience, ideally in higher education. Proven track record as a Marketing Director. Strong proficiency with CRM systems and Excel. Experience managing vendor relationships.
