Responsibilities:
As an MLOps Engineer, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
1. Developing, deploying, and maintaining AI models in a production environment, ensuring their reliability and robustness.
2. Collaborating with data scientists and engineers to integrate machine learning algorithms into our existing systems.
3. Designing and implementing machine learning pipelines and workflows.
4. Monitoring and troubleshooting machine learning models in production.
5. Ensuring compliance with data privacy and security regulations.
6. Keeping up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies, and implementing them when appropriate.
7. Conducting performance testing and tuning to optimize machine learning models.
8. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand their machine learning needs and providing them with appropriate solutions.
Qualifications:
The successful candidate should have:
1. A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. A Master's degree would be a plus.
2. A minimum of 5 years of experience in MLOps, Data Engineering, or a related role.
3. Strong experience with cloud platforms such as Azure Machine Learning, AWS, and Google Cloud Platform.
4. Proficiency in programming languages such as Python and SQL.
5. Experience with Big Data technologies such as Spark.
6. Experience with Natural Language Processing (NLP) and GenAI.
7. Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms and principles.
8. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
9. Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
10. Experience in the healthcare industry would be a plus.
