Job Overview:

The IT Support Engineer will provide IT, AV, and communication support. Responsibilities include troubleshooting technical issues, machine provisioning, onboarding processes, and developing best practices for troubleshooting.

Technical Skills Required:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field.

3-5 years of experience in IT operations or management with demonstrable success and impact.

Experience managing IT systems and processes.

Strong technical skills in G Suite and Okta support.

Excellent troubleshooting skills.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Technical Skills Nice to Have:

Familiarity with Jira and Slack.

Basic networking knowledge.

Responsibilities:

Design, own, and drive IT projects to accelerate the integration of systems and processes with our parent company.

Support users in resolving problems with IT and 3rd party systems.

Assist in machine provisioning, onboarding, and other key processes.

Hands-on troubleshooting of hardware, software applications, networking, and other technical issues.

Develop and document best practices, tools, and tips, enhancing internal troubleshooting processes

Manage relationships with vendors and 3rd party providers to provide application support.

Timely resolution to problems and serve as a point of escalation for team and users

Develop processes for reviewing, testing, documenting, and improving practices within the team around security, automation, and issue response.

Engage with partners throughout the organization to proactively address concerns and technical pain points.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

3-5 years of experience in IT operations or management with demonstrable success and impact.

Skilled in G Suite/Google workspace and Okta and Jamf

Excellent troubleshooting skills.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Passionate about developing and contributing to a high-performing team.
